Enterprise adds advanced tooling like Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), automated breach notifications, custom DPAs, and extended audit-log retention, but the baseline protections are not paywalled.
WhatsApp delivery is included from the Professional plan upward, within your monthly submission allowance. Each form-out + signed-back is one submission, no separate per-message metering. If you exceed your submission cap, overage applies at the rates above.
